The start of the Meseta - 20 miles Burgos to Hontanas

The Meseta is the section of the Camino which is known for being hot, exposed, and featureless. I can see how it would be miserable in the summer, but today it was really quite nice. The weather was perfect and the hiking was fast. The Meseta will continue for a few more days.

 A week to go before I leave for the Camino!  I have been making a possible schedule and packing list.  I'm also starting this blog...  I don't know who'll be reading it, so please make a comment for me so I know.
